Day 1 Again.
So here we go again. Another 24 week training program begins. Ironman race number 4 is on the horizon. The plan is set out and somehow it all looks the same. However, everything is different and better than before.
Completing an Ironman can be anything you want it to be but one thing is certain, no superhuman effort is required, no secret, no magic. The only thing required is the consistent ability to move forwards.
