Lady of the Yeast

Today is the day for my brand new Scottish apron (thank you so much, SoS guys!!).
A dozen of pupils are waiting for my friend Mónica and me. During four weeks, we are going to be the 'Ladies of the Yeast'. And, after four weeks sharing our knowledge, they will be able to make their own bread, cookies and muffins.
