Salmon Pasta

Lay 2 pieces of fresh salmon in an oven proof dish
Cover in 227g chopped tomatoes
Sprinkle on black pepper to taste
Cover with 100g Rigatoni and some sprigs of broccoli pre cooked
Finally cover with a pot of cheese sauce (375g) if you don't have time to make your own and then spinkle on 25g of parmesan on top
Cook for 35 mins in the oven at 190 degrees celsius

For 2 people, 830 kcal per portion
