Technique Challenge Week 2 - Freezing the action (fast shutter speed/panning).

As I was only nipping out quickly for lunch today, this will have to do for the blip today - but at least now I know I've managed to capture this, as I've only ever seen the lift go up a few times! I've been thinking that in the summer it might be nice to go on one of these canal boats for a little trip...
