Tosh, the bread man

Tosh owns and runs bread company Hedonist Bakery from the family farmhouse near Ross on Wye. We went round this afternoon to take some photos of the breads for him. I was only really assisting farmingemma as she had been asked to do the photos. I just held a reflector and had a sneaky nibble of bread. We took along an old baker's paddle as a prop, which Tosh offered to carry out to the car when we left. I quickly asked him to pose with it, framed by the porch. Then right on cue, his son Gus opened the front door to see what Dad was up to... Snap!
