Stuck at work alone today. They're ripping out the upstairs so all the small kitchen appliances have been sat in front of our camera department for about a week now and I've been contemplating this shot for nearly as long. Instead of going upstairs to get my PEN out of my locker I just grabbed the £3000 Canon 5D mark III out of the cabinet, slapped on the 50mm 1.8 and started shooting, because when else do I get to shoot with a 3 grand camera?

This also reflects the kind of weather we're having right now; grey, but every now and then a patch of blue pokes through.
