Prototype

So ..... It's been a week since my last blip and the promise of a photo everyday has been thwarted by illness and the small matter of taking over a bistro !
To say we are excited is an understatement , we are also nervous , overwhelmed and our heads are ready to explode !!
This week we are testing out food we are considering putting on our menu - this little beauty is granola , yogurt and honey - a potential contender for our Sunday brunch menu . It has had mixed reviews so far - fiancé and daughter love it , I found it too sweet and too runny . Not as bad as you might think - tomorrow we get to try it again with a few adjustments !
