This morning I met a couple running an orange farm that's combined with a shelter house rescuing girls who have been trafficked into prostitution in South Africa.

This evening I met an aid worker based in camps in Somalia who gets accompanied by a man with a Kalashnikov rifle to go about her and her teams work.

Feeling humbled.
