A New Kind Of Fruit........

Can anyone guess what fruit this is??

Well it is a Dragon Fruit, at least half of it. It's so beautiful isn't it, the gorgeous purple colour of the insides to match the dark black of the pips. Admittedly it's not technically the best image, nor artistically but it still shows majority of the fruit!
