Just hangin' around.

Walking down by the river again today and noticed this pair of boots dangling from a branch about 12 feet above the water level.( looks better in large ) Even with recent flooding the water has not even got close to the branch, so the question remains as to how they got there? Kids having a laugh, most likely.
