Flooding at Hampton Court

There is usually a 4 foot drop the other side of this fence and a walkway where barges and boats are moored!

I went back home through bushy park as Penelope (my bike) doesn't ike bumps and holes in the ground and as so much of the path was underwater it would have been very tricky.
