Windy England

My first day off but no lie in, following bacon sandwich and coffee I woke Samantha who had her breakfast and got ready.
We collected her two friends and set off for Plymouth, we arrived at the Holiday Inn and I rushed in to by Sam her ComiCon ticket. Sam and her friends then went in and I went off and parked and had my first coffee, Starbucks, and an almond croissant. During the course of the next seven hours I had Starbucks - Costa - Barista Brothers - Americano - Nero. What I did find was that Plymouth remains a cold and soulless city. I walked the length of all four main streets the shops are still a mix of upmarket and pocket money and matelot baiting is still rife.

Sam and her friends had a great day, we made our way back to Falmouth in the howling wind. With Joshua still at camp Sam and I took ourselves off to Fuel for our evening meal and very fine it was too.

I rounded the evening off with some great filter coffee and the recording of the England v Scotland rugby match.
