Sunday running

It's not difficult to run marathon. It's like anything else in life you just need to work hard and have some passion and commitment. All of these things were tested this morning as it was difficult to get out the door, but I did and managed a 30k run at sub 3.30 marathon pace.

This was my face as I returned and collapsed on the lounge floor.
