Technique Challenge: Slow Sync Flash

I had such grand ideas for this. We went over to visit family today and I had intended to do some shots whilst there. However, dufus that I am I forgot my camera. grand ideas promptly shelved.

So... all I have are the test shots from this morning and this is the best of them.
