While I enjoy cooking, my portions are often more than Kathy and I can consume; and even when we eat the leftovers, it can seem a bit wasteful. Now, that Johnny is living with us, I may not be cooking enough. Today I made Pad Thai, which is Kathy’s favorite, and Johnny had it for the first time. He had seconds!
