Local Fame?

While I was having my coffee after the service at church this morning, I heard a group mentioning my name. Eventually someone came over and asked me what I had won! I said I hadn't won anything that I knew of but then realised they were talking about my photo in the local press. My daughter showed me the article when I went to her house for lunch.

Clickychick had taken a photograph of my grand-daughter's and my hands and entered it in a competition organised by her carer's group. She won!

The local press had been interested in this and asked not only that clickychick attend for a photographic section, but that I should be there too. Hence today's blip.

No, I didn't win anything but at least SK won a camera!
