Calm and collected

This bird landed on a snowbank when I was walking Riley this morning. He patiently sat while I took pictures and also while a car passed by. I tried looking up what type he is on this website but wasn't successful. His neck is yellow.

Nice church service this morning, otherwise it's going to be a lazy day for me. One more short Riley walk, possibly burn paper trash, and make dinner. In addition to feeding cats, doing a load of laundry, and vacuuming upstairs. I guess my definition of a lazy day is a day where I don't do anything out of the ordinary - just the usual everyday chores.
