I know, I already blipped my mother's balcony on the 1st of January. I just couldn't resist another blip. Halfway February, usually the coldest time of the year. Not this year. Well, it may be the coldest time of THIS year, but it isn't cold.... It doesn't look like we need to buy her new balcony plants this spring.
