National Gallery Trafalgar Square

An early start to try and beat the crowds to see Vincent Van Gogh's Sunflowers at the National Gallery.

Amazing to see two versions of the painting side by side - It was probably only a ten or twelve minute queue to get in and was very well interpreted by the gallery ... all available for free - despite cuts to arts funding! Very impressive.

Photo taken in Trafalgar Square with shadow of Nelson's Column on steps of NPG.
