Mara is 18 months old today!

Today was Mara's half birthday and she celebrated by running me ragged. It was my whole day of baby care and she was up to keeping me busy. This is Mara at lunch at the campus hang out, the Frontier, where we went for lunch with Aunt Anne and Uncle Geoff. She had a fine time sampling everything from crackers to posole (hominy with red chile and pork).

Today, I am grateful for the day I was given, Mara, Anne and Geoff's baby, L'Precious, due in 6.5 months, learning, sharing and family.
