Major Life Change

AMAZING. Today made a lot of things click.

I watched a community of people dance in the spray of the drilling rig as they sang, celebrated with their high-pitched "eye-yii-yiii!"s, and clapped their hands shouting, "Praise the Lord!" in the local language.

These are the people we hear statistics about. The ones about people who walk 2+ miles to get water everyday. These people do that.

Now, these people did that.

Now they have a clean, abundant water source less than 50 yards out the door of their tukul. Water brings life. And what an honor and privilege to be a part of something that gives life to people.

"...but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.” - Jesus (John 4:14)
