home from home???

Wonder what this might mean? I really thought about it and cannot find an answer? Any ideas what you think about this? Found it on my way to the physiotherapy and am always surprised how "blind" I walk my way from the bus station to the physiotherapy - walked this way 25 times and never seen that....
