Meet my friend Dave, he swims like a fish

I don't swim like a fish - I'm rubbish. But I like to see my pal really progress and improve - he's loving it.

Tonight we did tumble turns. There was a lot of coughing - it's interesting what a school swimming pool tastes like.

Today I also did Rio - the Rio delegation were hungover from too much whisky last night - but I forgive them as they were incredibly entertaining.
