Yes, it's still Narnia in Portland. This scene outside the local deli made me laugh, skis instead of bicycles. :-)

More snow throughout the day, some freezing rain arrived this evening and now there's an ice storm warning.

Before turning in last night we could hear all sorts of giggling going on in the street out front, we looked out the window to see a group of people on their way home pretending to be Olympic ice-dancers on the slippery snow, they were incredibly funny.

If you're not bored of looking at snowy neighborhood scenes here are some more from yesterday and today. Included are some shots of the foundations of an impressive igloo built by a young man we spoke to on our walk last night, he had planned to finish the igloo today but when we stopped by he'd given up. It was an ambitious build, there was the snow to complete the job but, I think the will and steam ran out!
