Edinburgh Skyline

A very busy Friday, trying to tie things up at work as I am on a course and then annual leave over the next two weeks. My choice of destination for my lunchtime walk was limited to the local diy shop as the shed lock decided to 'freeze' up this morning, with the result the key broke.

Walking back to this office, I noticed this rather colourful Edinburgh skyline. Then, it was just a matter of finding a view devoid, as much as possible, of street furniture. Nothing very special in this picture, not Arthur's Seat, Edinburgh Castle or Calton Hill. I can't even think where those flats are, except they must be near Easter Road. I know that because just to the right of the church spire, Hibernian's football stadium can just be seen through the trees.
