Blustery day

Unfortunately my chilled night with lots of sleep did not happen - just couldn't settle. Wish I could learn not to worry so much! Consequently I felt like a zombie this morning, even after a lie in.

Lottie is under the weather, her croaky voice has turned into a cough and cold. We did venture out for an hour. She had some library books to take back so we walked up Wood Street. I am always amazed by the architecture up there - the old court house, the town hall, the old council buildings. Had my camera wth me and the sun was out so took advantage.

Have spent the afternoon trying to clean the bathroom up - how much fun can you have with an old toothbrush and bleach cleaner!!

Got to mention Liverpool's great result - had my doubts that we would get any points at all against Arsenal so to beat them 5-1 is amazing! Am hoping I can stay awake long enough to see MOTD later!
