Insomnia

This is the only photo I took today. I have a fitbit flex and it has a sleep monitor. I ended up. Hating on line to a friend about 1.30am when I couldn't sleep and he was asking me if I had slept well after. Answer was defo NO!!!

Away today at Westerwood hotel for Friends birthday trip. Granted - it's in Cumbernauld but hotel is nice.

Off for dinner soon and we have massages booked for 9am tomorrow.
