I'd forgotten all about this!

I went down to the greenhouse during one of the bright spells we had earlier to see if anything needed watering. I'd planted this iris reticulata in the autumn and completely forgotten all about it. It's a native to Russia which is rather appropriate at the moment as I'm enjoying dipping in and out of the Winter Olympics and just can't believe how thrilling Snowboarding can be!
