Good pals

I've been a Lady What Lunches again today, this time at House of Darrach in Gartocharn with good friends Fiona and Christina.

You've met Christina several times on my journal, but this is Fiona's first appearance on Blip. She and I worked together for several years in the library when she was our Saturday assistant - she called it her 'happy job' - but she reluctantly had to give it up when she was required to work at weekends in her other job as a district nurse. I don't see her very often these days.

There was much catching-up to be done, so lunch was a long-drawn-out affair and I've done very little else today. Now there's a Six Nations rugby match to watch, although I've a feeling it's all going to end in tears.
