Hearts all round

Wandering along one of the side streets in Chester I have spotted this mannequin before but today he was sporting a heart for the Valentine display in the shop window.
Another blip opportunity on the same street was a Charlie Chaplin mime artist so I was dithering between the two, maybe next time.
