Rough Night

We were hit by yet another storm last night, I hardly slept with the wind roaring around us, the house is wooden and creaks and groans and the rain sounds very loud on the tin roof! This morning I had to drive to Bantry before heading to work and once again great chunks of the recently patched up road were uplifted, I had to negotiate my way through slabs of tarmac, rocks and pebbles! Huge breakers were rolling in, those farmed salmon in the cages must have had a rough night too!
