And, as predicted, it did actually snow. The Japan Meteorological Agency is freakishly accurate. Took the photo above this morning while the snow wasn't so deep, but during the day we've broke the 16-year record for snow in Tokyo in one day. There's 12 cm on my balcony right now and it's still snowing. Another tea-and-biscuits day tomorrow then...
