High Contrast

We stopped at Lake Padden on the way to the Y this morning. The bright sun didn't prevent my fingers from becoming numb very quickly.

I think the temperature inched above freezing today -- the first time since Monday -- but when I went outside at 10 PM to bring the hummingbird feeder in, the liquid was frozen solid.
