VISITOR IN THE ROSE BUD....

.... I had planned to update on the wasp home building, but found this little critter in a rose bud out walking.

Have not a clue what it is, and was hoping maybe our Blip "guru" Dave with knowledge of all these "creepy" things, could ID for us.

UPDATE: Nevermore has ID this little critter as a Elegant Lynx Spider - thank you.

UPDATE NO 2... have entered "Eddie" here in the Alternative OLYMPICS 2014, he is competing in the Hill slalom....

Oh okay, what has that wasp been up to... well found yesterday late another nest pod on the back wall, and this morning it was busy at work again!

This was taken at 9-40am and you can see the new mud going in. At 10-03am spotted it on a leaf of the flowering prunus, probably sapping up some moisture.

Then at 11-10am it was head down tail up, finishing the job.

Just amazed at the time frame (one and a half hours) to do what it has done!
