An ordinary Oak Leaf

Now think, that in a week or two, this leaf will be cast off from its parent to whom it supplied vast quantities of life giving nourishment, just to rot in on the side of the track where it spent the best part of last year.

Its successor will burst forth to start the cycle all over again, supporting the majestic oak as it climbs towards the stars as we can but marvel at its grace and beauty.
