When E was occupied in the next room, A was quick to head straight for the shelves where these dolls are perched. She stood, reaching with determination, glancing willingly at me and saying, "uh, uh." Incredible how clearly understood she can make herself without words. As her reward she was uninterrupted for longer than usual.
