It's Sloe Gin time! The fruit of my labour is here and my first ever Sloe Gin with my very own hand-picked berries is ready for straining and sweetening!

What a beautiful purple liquor it's created! And the smell! There's a certain sticky-sweet-almondy smell from it. Rather nice - well done, Sloes!
