Making the most of the sunshine

Today must be the first day without rain in over a week so made the most of it and got out onto the beach with the dog.

Been a busy day today, gym, on the beach, meeting friends for dinner. Busy busy busy just how I like it. I love being active and I love being around people. It's a great winter blues buster :-)

I've been a bit rubbish with this blip. Always forget!!
