Studio visit

So we finished off our week with a Studio visit to RSTO. Kevin at RSTO has been really supportive of the work our students do. After being invited in by colleagues for presentations last year this year he has set a couple of live briefs for our first and second year students. Part of that was a studio visit today to see what RSTO do and set the briefs. The culmination will be summer internships for up to four of the current second year group which will hopefully lead to job opportunities for them. They seem really committed to giving people their first start in the industry and between that and their list of big, big clients plus the opportunity for progression within the company it's a great option for the students and hopefully the start of a good partnership for the course.

The eighteen students who headed down were hopefully inspired by the visit and there were certainly lots of good questions for Kevin at the end of the session.

It was a nice positive note to finish the week on.
