Today I went SCOBY mining.
Daaad. What's a SCOBY?
Among my other funiosities, I brew "Kombucha", a "Probiotic" made by fermenting black tea with the aid of said SCOBY. Each brew gives rise to a new one, ergo you need to either use a SCOBY hotel to keep 'em in or howk 'em out and compost 'em.
