Let the Games Begin...

Debbi has started the Alternative Olympic Games and in Western Stadium, we have a great start by Team Starling in the Synchronized Swinging Suet competition. Not expecting actual snow for the Winter Olympics in Western Stadium, it was a pleasant surprise to begin the games with a wintery feeling to the events. With 4" on the ground and more on the way, tomorrow's events should have perfect winter conditions for the competitors. The photographer isn't so sure about the whole thing, but that's another story. Although, I must say, the light is really terrific.
