E got back from her first sleepover with her new school friends. She knows one of the girls who was there from outside of school and her mum knows the host's mum quite well, so I was less worried about letting her go somewhere new. Apparently they were still up at 3:30am so she was pretty grumpy by the time she got home.

In the morning L and I visited the local preschool. Its only little but it was lovely. She will be starting a tiny first school in september and there will only be a few new children starting with her, 2 of whom go to this preschool and she met them today. They got on well and I've heard a lot about Chessy since we've been home.

Shot my first baby shower today. I've never been to one before, it was like a PG ann summers and I spent a lot less time blushing! The baby shower was next door to my old house but strangely I didn't feel anything at all when I pulled up, I think we've been so busy it hasn't all sunk in yet. I gave birth to M in that house so I expected to be sad or feel connected to it still in someway, but this time I didn't. I wonder whether it will hit me at a later time.

Came home and everyone had been happy and relaxed while I was out. M spent her xmas money on this Yoghurtini thing, which looks like a pile of rubbish, but they've all been playing with it today. Kids like the strangest of things.
