in the baby walker now since he's capable of pushing himself out of the bumbo.

quite a strange day. took the chance to do a bit of exercise this morning while the in-laws were here. at the moment i'm the most unfit i have been in a long time, probably since uni. anyway, i managed 20 min of moderately intensive stuff. felt positively sick afterwards. after another 45 mins my heart was still racing. ended up going to the doctors where the nurse gave me an ECG. i felt like it was calming down by that point and the rhythm was normal but still a bit fast. i think it was SVT which i've had before. i do get alot of palpitations which i think have got worse since sam was born.

anyway, i've got an appointment with the GP on monday. I cheacked with G tonight if he knows how to do CPR. he said he failed a first aid course at school. i'm doomed! when i told my sister, she just said 'bloody hell! what next?!'

after lunch the older 2 went away with the in-laws for a sleep over. it's horrible and quiet in the house when they're not here. it was a beautiful sunny afternoon but i just took sam to bed and we had a little nap, and i felt better after it.
