Rainbow land

We followed this rainbow in the car this afternoon for many many miles. The larger it got, the more intense in colour it became. It was rather stunning & quite gorgeous to see after a week spent suffering flu in bed - my first outing! Utterly exhausted me though, came back to a freezing cold house... ran out of oil, been too ill to look how much we had left & dad didn't either! Oil being delivered Monday, so going to be a very cold weekend again *sighs*

Winter comfort

Horrible storm coming in tonight, yet another one, but this one sounds far worse then any of the others put together. Not looking forward to it, nor all the damage it's obviously going to cause around the south & the south west :-/ xxx
