North Bridge

I stayed at The Carlton Hotel with the rest of the SEPA delegation. Interesting to me because my Dad's first job when he finished catering college in Blackpool was at the Carlton. He lived in Edinburgh for about 6 months before moving on to hotels in the Borders then Southampton and on. I had to skip day 2 of the conference to head to the team meeting in Perth. Well worth the effort as the boss signed off my 2014 leave request making me very happy indeed!
