Technique Challenge: Wildcard

This isn't a photographic technique, obviously, more a portrait with a certain amount of photoshopping. Namely liquify filter to create the teeth and a whole load of fiddling with the general look. And some tooth whitening. I've never used the liquify filter before so it was interesting to try it out - there are loads of youtube tutorials available and I used this one to do the teeth.
