Help!

I just received my IR filter in the mail today, but obviously have no idea how to use it correctly. Help? Suggestions? Tips?





Oh, my doc's appt is scheduled for Thursday and not today so all the grey hairs and shredded nerves was all for not and I must do it all over in a couple days! agh
