Glasgow buildings - again

Glasgow has so many beautiful buildings, unfortunately this is not one of them. It looks a little tired to say the least. It sticks out like a sore thumb amongst the other city centre buildings. I don't know what the building is used for, but it is in use. I must look more closely next time I am passing.

Maybe it is going to be renovated, maybe the outside has been stripped to prepare for a new rendering. It just needs a little bit of love.
