ICE!

The cold has gown stalactites on our entry fountains. It takes the heat of the underwater lights to keep the small koi in these ponds warm. We keep the big floating fountain in our front pond flowing day and night to keep the ice at bay in the center of the water. Our local ducks, widgeons, and a few stray geese congregate here to enjoy open water. Mike must haul hot water out to our chickens, too.
