Urban Decay...in disguise

I am not a big fan of the unions, I agree with their principles but I have only ever heard bad stories in the years that I have worked.

The decay is clear to see slowly climbing the outside of the building, but the Urban decay that I think they are partially responsible for can't be seen in this picture. But you only need to take a look around the factories, the high streets etc.

Just my view...
